  • Gather relevant information pertaining to the Provincial and National level project learning and sharing workshop, including topics, speakers, and logistics requirements.
  • Compile a comprehensive list of invitees for the workshops, ensuring representation from relevant government agencies, development partners, private sectors, farmers, Community Based Facilitators (CBFs), and other stakeholders in coordination with the project field team.
  • Draft invitation letters and coordinate with the administrative team for the dispatch of invitations.
  • Assist in preparing the workshop schedule, including session timings, topics, and speakers.
  • Make follow-up calls and emails to confirm the participation of invited stakeholders and manage RSVPs.
  • Provide logistical support for the workshops, including document and materials preparation and arrangement.
  • Assist in documenting workshop proceedings, including taking notes, capturing key discussions, and preparing summary reports.
  • Facilitate the collection of feedback from workshop participants and compile the feedback for further analysis.
  • Carry out any other duties as require

Requirements

  • A freshly graduate student in relevant fields such as agriculture, development studies, social sciences or related disciplines.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional correspondence.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Google Documents, email, and internet research.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector and interest in addressing post-harvest losses preferred.
