Position Overview: 

 

The Program Integration Manager will work on improving strategies, policies, and programs and improve the implementation and execution of programs to drive sales of product and services offerings at Zones. The Program Integration Manager will work closely with various stakeholders and departments to improve collaboration, streamline processes, and ensure seamless functionality and alignment across systems and teams to standardize and enhance go-to-market programs, tools, content, and sales materials. This role will focus heavily on process improvements around the selling of products and services at Zones.

What you’ll do as the Program Integration Manager:  

 

  • Oversee efforts among diverse groups and departments to successfully implement key strategic solution and product initiatives for sales and marketing, ensuring company-wide integration and standardization.
  • Systematically handle information and expertise related to the company’s strategic solutions through collection, organization, and knowledge maintenance to ensure that all relevant stakeholders have access to the necessary information.
  • Develop and execute product and solution portfolio integration strategies to enhance the company’s offerings through effective alignment and team empowerment.
  • Led critical change management projects to streamline processes, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and effectiveness across cross-functional teams.
  • Establish processes to simplify and operationalize launches for products, services, and GTM initiatives.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve team operations, enhancing efficiency and customer interaction with Zones.
  • Create project plans and collaborate with various stakeholders, holding people accountable for completion of tasks.

 

What you will bring to the team: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 15 years of combined experience in marketing, communications management, project management, change management, and knowledge management.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Yellow or Green Belt).
  • Five years of experience in business process design and optimization.
  • Preferred: Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, GAQM, or equivalent).
  • Desire to contribute to Zone’s long-term vision and prosperity, driven by a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

 

Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $120,000 - $142,000 + bonus.  

Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
