SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a Program Financial Analyst who will utilize their financial skills to support program managers, the finance director, and the operations finance AVP.
What You'll Do
- Set up charge number structures in cost collection tool
- Create and/or maintain Excel reports for use in analyzing programmatic financial data
- Establish and maintain program baselines, estimates to complete (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC) on programs
- Present program level financial performance at monthly/quarterly reviews
- Support and maintain program EVM (Earned Value Management)
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial tracking reports to program teams
- Assist in analysis of material, labor, subcontractor and other direct costs transactions
- Partner with contracts, accounting, engineering and program management perform all financial activities and to provide financial guidance
- Analyze/validate financial results including revenue, labor, material, and other costs
- Support monthly budget vs actual variance analysis
- Support month end closing activities
- Support Ad Hoc financial analysis requests from internal and external customers
- Maintain compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
What You'll Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or related field with 3 or more years of financial reporting and analysis experience
- Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including using Pivot tables in excel, Cost Point & COBRA, experience a plus
- Experience with Earned Value Management
- Must be a proven team player with excellent organization, communication, interpersonal skills, and analytic skills
- Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $69,000 to $81,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
