We are seeking a dynamic VP, Program Director to join our Seoul Office and lead a high-profile tech account. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our Project Management function across Korea and the APAC region.

Our Program Directors help define scope, budget, key milestones, timelines, and deliverables while also ensuring the bottom line is met in both revenue & financials with precision. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverables connect with creative intent, meet time specifications and quality goals.
Project Management and Execution
- Drive high profile campaigns from start to finish, working with Account and Client leadership.
- Use project management tools to maintain schedules, briefs, cost estimates, and financial management.
- Lead project teams to ensure alignment across planning and execution.
- Establish project management infrastructure in the Seoul office and grow a PM team.
- Independently manage large, complex programs.
- Standardize project management tools and best practices.
Communication and Leadership
- Overcommunicate status and key deadlines, managing-up conversations to drive solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to key team leads and cross-functional leaders.
- Lead scope estimation and consult on Statements of Work.
- Manage risks and provide solutions-oriented consultation to team leads.
- Balance urgency with calm and confident leadership.
- Collaborate with APAC Regional PM Lead and Global PM Leadership for PM growth.
- Align local market priorities with global account cohesion and objectives.
Quality and Consistency
- Ensure work quality and consistency with objectives, strategy, and brand guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on all project deliverables.
- Adapt approaches to fit client, creative, and business needs while managing change.
Collaboration and Growth
- Build relationships with Client Service Lead and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase revenue.
- Manage intake of new work and evaluate new briefs.
- Partner with Finance and Account teams to ensure profitability and accurate forecasts.
- Drive client discussions on project plans, financial health, and delivery approach.
- Forecast staffing requirements and identify the best talent.
- Establish workflow and best practices for efficient program delivery.
- Contribute to project operations and prioritize new opportunities.
Required Experience:

Korean and English bi-lingual fluency
- 10+ years of project management or equivalent experience.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.’
- Experience working within and on a digital / creative / communications / ad /PR agency integrated account.
- Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies,techniques, processes, and approaches.
- Knowledge of resource management tools.
- Strategic thinking: ability to juggle multiple goals and deadlines
- Team leadership and development: ability to mentor, coach and effectivelytransfer expertise to others
- Facilitation, negotiation, & problem resolution skills: Ability to build a strongnetwork and relationships
- PMP certification and/or SCRUM management experience is a bonus.
