- Community mobilization and stakeholders engagement in projects operations area
- Conduct preliminary site assessments, baseline data collections and on field with stakeholders across the Orissa
- Provide technical support regarding the technologies, project commissioning and train stakeholders on the use of deployed technologies
- Provide support in the implementation, and monitoring of the project
- Coordinate with FPOs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects
- Monitor project activities and report on status, challenges, and outcomes
- Making project documents such as proposals, case-studies reports, etc
- Assist with machine commissioning
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, agriculture, rural development or related field with 0 to 3 years of experience
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Odia, English, and Hindi
- Willingness to travel and work in rural areas
- Experience in working with FPOs or similar organizations is a plus
- The position is on contract for the period of one year with possibility of full-time position after the period of one year
