Overview of Opportunity

Two Six Technologies is seeking an experienced Program Associate Director to lead complex technical projects for federal government clients, leveraging a background in Agile and Scrum methodologies. In this role, you will oversee project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring on-time, successful delivery, while fostering relationships with key stakeholders and supporting business development efforts. This position will be based on-site in Arlington, Virginia.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in program management within the Federal Government Defense and Intelligence space, combined with a solid foundation in Agile frameworks, including prior experience as a Scrum Master. You will help drive solutions for TST's most complex challenges by managing multi-team efforts, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing the efficiency of both local and remote teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end program management for highly complex multi-team technical projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Leverage your Scrum Master experience to support Agile project execution, backlog management, and team coordination.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth and identify new opportunities for TST.
  • Collaborate with business development leads to expand existing contracts and support proposal efforts.
  • Create and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, including reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive operational efficiency and manage the growth of both local and remote project teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of program/project management experience, with 5+ years in Federal Government projects.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong business development skills, including capture, proposal writing, and customer relationship management.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team technical efforts in research, development, or operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing teams working on technical solutions related to electronics, cybersecurity, or CNO.
  • PMP certification, MBA, or demonstrated experience in these fields.
  • Previous experience working with agencies such as DoD, DARPA, NSA, FBI, CIA, DOJ, or DHS.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a polygraph
