Position Description
Hexagon US Federal’s Strategic Services & Solutions Business Unit has an opportunity for a high energy, results driven Intelligence Portfolio Program and Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to customer and corporate mission success. Reporting directly to the Strategic Services & Solutions Business Unit Director, this individual will manage disparate programs in the intelligence space and drive the strategic direction of the portfolio. The candidate's credentials will include education and understanding of the Federal Government Intelligence landscape, specifically within the Department of Defense. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer and partner relationships to ensure program success and support corporate growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project managers supporting IC customers
- Manage and monitor project risk, financials, and technical delivery to client base
- Responsible for the development of partnerships and relations, and successful experience managing new business development programs
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify opportunities and work strategic growth initiatives
- Ensure that appropriate strategic alliances are formed with other organizations to enable client missions and corporate growth goals
- Support business development and capture strategies
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive account plan covering target market areas for strategic business development and long-term growth
- Identify and target specific customers for growth opportunities based on alignment, Hexagon US Federal past performance, and contract placement within portfolio
- Gather, assess and validate customer needs, priorities and risks
- Lead and participate in the development of win strategies through competitive analysis, teaming, solution reviews and client engagement
- Support the use of Hexagon US Federal business development and capture processes leveraging industry standard processes, tools and techniques
- Plan and participate in opportunity activities, to include white papers, RFIs, sources sought, workshops, industry events, collaboration sessions, pricing analysis and proposal color team reviews
- Apply expert and substantive knowledge of and experience with the DoD and IC, particularly intelligence and security objectives, operations, activities, methods, and budgetary matters, facilitate development and sustainment of governance framework
- Work with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines and engage in and hold technical and business-level discussions
- Brief opportunity status and specified milestones in program reviews
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (6 years of additional years of experience in lieu of degree)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in DoD and IC developing strategy and policy or managing intelligence-related service contracts
- Experience in staff management/development and creation/management of operations
- Experience managing multiple contracts/projects across multiple disciplines and geographic locations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences at various levels
- Experience dealing directly with senior level Government or Corporate leadership
- Knowledge of all phases of the acquisition and business development lifecycles
- TOP SECRET clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and business acumen
- Confidence in dealing with Government and Industry personnel
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- TS/SCI clearance
- PMP Certification
- Working knowledge of the Intelligence Community landscape
- Experience leading captures for the Intelligence Community
- Detailed understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation
- Understanding of all contract types to include single award, MAC, IDIQ, CPFF T&M and FFP contracts
Required Level of Security Clearance: Secret Clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
