CSA is currently seeking an Acquisition Logistician/Program Analyst to support Lifecycle Logistics and Installation Services Support contract.
This role is contingent on funding.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Provide Life-Cycle Logistics Support to the Product Support Manager (PSM)/Assistance Program Manager-Logistics (APM-L) within the Naval Systems Warfare Center (NAVWAR) San Diego.
- Develop required logistics input for briefs and other logistics documentation necessary to fully support program of record and project systems
- Support staff meetings, Integrated Product Team (IPT), Technical Review Boards, Configuration Control Boards (CCB), program engineering meetings, working groups, training events, Fleet Support Teams (FST), program reviews
- Develop, review, or update of Life-Cycle Logistics Support Requirements, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Independent Logistics Assessment (ILA) checklists, and other milestone-required documentation, data calls and events
- Support installations by tracking availability dates and providing RMMCO Check-in and check-out packages
- Monitor obsolescence of parts and update Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) for replacement parts
- Provide meeting minutes and action items for ILS post-meeting
- Properly maintain files and folders on SharePoint site to include SPAWAR Acquisition Integrated Logistics Online Repository (SAILOR)
- Support Spares procurements for Installation Check out kits
- Maintain the Model Based Product Support (MBPS) and/or its predecessors Configuration Data Managers Database-Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) for all systems’ configurations for program of record and project systems
- Coordinate with Echelon III to provide logistics related information to ILS products including ILS Technical Manual (TM) development, Quick Reference Guide (QRG), Preventative Maintenance
- Develop, submit, and revise nomenclature requests/packages utilizing Joint Electronics Type Designation Automated System (JETDAS)
- Provide input/review program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to reflect logistics related milestones
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
- Program Management or ILS experience at NAVWAR
- 2-5 years of specialized logistics experience with the Navy or comparable Department of Defense agencies
- Experience with developing budgets and operating plans for programs (program spend plans)
- DAWIA Level II in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent certification or military experience
- Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet expedited deadlines.
- High degree of analytical skills, adept at problem solving with a high attention to detail.
- High caliber oral, written, and briefing skills.
Candidates based in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey (Jersey City), New York or Washington:
The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. CSA considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
