We are seeking seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic Professional Services team. Based in Germany, you will work fully customer-facing as a dedicated Scrum Master and facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes, ensuring the teams can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions for our customers.
Key Accountabilities
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes in our PS delivery projects.
- Guide and coach the project teams on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the PS delivery teams work together with the customer collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions in fully agile project environments.
- Build and maintain a network of cross-functional technical resources within Rackspace and across any relative partnerships to allow for higher productivity, increased business, and rapid resolution of problems and escalations.
- Contribute to the refinement of the Rackspace Professional Services methodology.
- Provide FANATICAL support by driving the value of Rackspace to both potential and existing Rackspace customers and internal sales teams alike.

Your tasks
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Ensure the delivery teams follow the Scrum framework and adhere to Agile principles.
Person Specification
- Must be fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Ability to guide the customer and our own delivery teams in agile project metholodigies
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
Required Experience
- Proven track record in the delivery of agile projects.
- Experience working on infrastructure technology projects including one or more of the following: virtualisation technologies, application / platform migration. data / storage / network migration and/or management.
