Professional Services Program Manager
Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support an organization’s objectives. A Program Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating and improving the internal and external programs of an organization. Program Managers work across a range of departments to deliver programs that align to the organization’s strategic vision. Program Managers work across multiple projects to ensure consistency, quality, and the success of multiple projects.
Overall Project responsibilities:
- Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. • Creating and managing long-term goals.
- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
- Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
- Analyzing program risks.
- Working on strategy with cross functional teams included but not limited to sales, marketing, services, operations, etc
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business or related field
- +20 years of experience in managing enterprise programs and various rollouts in the technology industry
- Global Enterprise deployments in the technology field
- Understanding of networking principles
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principle
