Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Production Team Leader LAI at our Sapes premises.

As a Production Team Leader LAI you will be accountable for the smooth operation of the aseptic production during your shift process through the proper coordination of processes performed by production workers.

More particularly:

What you will do:

• Conduct all basic steps of the production process; guiding the operators and mentioning any issue to the Production Senior Manager
• Have the overall supervision of GMPs use and application to production/packaging area
• Be responsible for carrying out Sterile Area activities by aseptic practices in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Greek legislation, of the European/US GMP as well timelines set by the company
• Carry out daily mechanical equipment area control, necessary labeling, as well as RH and T conditions of production areas
• Monitor correct completion of necessary tasks of the production stages of Sterile Area
• Monitor readiness of Sterile Area and mechanical equipment
• Be accountable for coordinating, training and development of production workers
• Control semi-finished and finished products storage to ensure compliance to specifications and proper labeling
• Control production delivery notes (batch files) and sign for their final control 
• Be accountable for the correct completion of departmental documents (Technical Guidelines, Logbooks’ etc) from the responsible personnel
• Be responsible for the availability of all consumables (like gowning and disinfectants) required for the production department

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• BSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Production Management or relevant field

Minimum Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position within a pharmaceutical industry or manufacturing unit

Job-Specific Skills

• Excellent communication in English language (read and write / speak)
• Computer literacy MS Office, SAP
• Able to work in rotating shifts
• Troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and meet timelines
