Keystone Powdered Metal Company, a Sumitomo Electric Group company, is looking for a full-time Production Supervisor who will be working in our Lewis Run, PA location. This person will report to the Production Manager.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee production activities and personnel
- Provide day to day direction to employees
- Ensure that all direct reports are informed of and adhere to all pertinent company rules, regulations, procedures, and policies
- Actively participate in training and evaluation of employees in a timely manner
- Prior supervisory experience
- Self-motivation, organizational and communication Skills
- Ability to manage and motivate team members
- Lead by example and drive Safety and Continuous Improvement
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 2 years’ experience required
Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, competencies and location. Base pay is one part of the total compensation and benefits package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
