Chief Ethanol Fuels is seeking a Production Supervisor to join the Chief team. This role will supervise daily plant operations to assure maximum output with minimum expense in a safe and orderly manner on a shift basis.
Job Responsibilities:
· Plan and direct daily activities of shift operators, load out operators, and grain handler.
· Help develop operating personnel to maintain a highly qualified team.
· Ensure shipping and receiving schedules are observed for alcohol, DDGS, syrup, DWGS, and corn oil.
· Be knowledgeable of process equipment and process parameters for trouble shooting, decision making and process changes.
· Coordinate process information between other departments.
· Ensure all shift duties are performed in a safe manner.
· Monitor parameters to assure the plant is in compliance with set specifications.
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
· Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
· Ethanol process or related experience preferred.
· High school diploma or GED.
