主要工作职责

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• 负责RFID生产车间管理；
• 确保产品质量合格；
• 确保出货可靠率达标以满足客户需求；
• 推行6S以确保部门能达到公司EHS的要求；
• 持续改善生产流程；
• 维持和持续改善产品质量；
• 升级和改善生产工具；
• 与合作部门沟通，保持生产的顺利进行；
• 确保员工参加公司组织的相关培训（如ISO9001, FSC, EHS）并遵守相关程序和WI规定；
• 帮助下属提高其技术能力和岗位操作技能，做好生产团队梯队人才培养；
• 上司安排的其它工作。
• Responsible for RFID production workshop management.
• Ensure product quality is qualified.
• Ensure delivery reliability meets customer needs.
• Implement 6S to ensure the production team can meet the company's EHS requirements.
• Continuously improve production processes.
• Maintain and continuously improve product quality.
• Continuously improve and upgrade the production tools.
• Communicate with cooperative departments to keep production going smoothly.
• Ensure all employees participate in company-organized training(such as ISO9001, FSC, EHS) and comply with relevant procedures and WI regulations.
• Provide assistance to improve technical knowledge and operation skill of production employee, develop backup talents for production team.
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

岗位要求

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 本科及以上学历；
• 5年以上电子产品生产经验，RFID行业为佳，其中至少2年以上的管理经验；
• 良好的英文读写能力,良好的英文口语优先；
• 熟悉电脑操作。
• 良好的团队意识；
• 良好的沟通技巧； 
• 良好的领导力及辅导能力。
• Bachelor's degree or higher is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic product production, with a strong preference for RFID industry expertise. At least 2 years of demonstrable management experience is required.
• Proficient English reading and writing skills are essential. Advanced spoken English is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer operations and relevant software applications is crucial.
• Exceptional teamwork abilities and a proven track record of collaborative success are imperative.
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, are required for effective interaction with all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to coach and develop team members are essential for this role.
