ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible to handle day to day Process Engineering and Continuous Improvements in Operations to support the business. This includes but is not limited to the following
• Ensuring that quality deliverables are subjected to consistent and rigorous qualification procedures.
• To contribute to the overall success of Operations establishing a shared strategic vision and the plan necessary to attain those goals by directing the development.
• To ensure within Operations, continuous improvement of product quality, performance, process and safe production environment.
• Develops and implements production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.
• Follow Assignment Managers instructions and rotate to different departments and/or locations in order to gain experience in various functions in the company.
• Work independently and complete assignments or tasks in a timely manner.
• Attend various trainings assigned by Assignment Managers and fully utilize the knowledge learned on daily operations and projects.
• Investigates and resolves work-in-process problems that arise in functional areas or sites.
• Provide assistance and feedback to Assignment Managers; Recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization, and related matters.
• Engage cross-functional teams/shop floor people to implement processes & changes; Conduct knowledge transfer to build up organizational capabilities.
• Analyzes, researches, designs and develops materials and their related fabrication and application processes to develop and optimize materials for use in engineering design of and/or application in structures, systems and subsystems.
• Prepare management reports as required.
• Monitors assigned operations to assure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.
• Follow the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values.
• Positively work and influence with team members to partner together to achieve individual, customers and business goals.

• Proficient in Verbal and Written Communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of personnel both internally and externally.

• Strong scientific and engineering knowledge in specialty.
• Knowledgeable on process documentation and improvement.
• Sound knowledge of Computer applications like all programs in MS Office.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Printing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experience in RFID manufacturing is an advantage
• Bachelor + minimum 3 years of related industrial experience in a Manufacturing company;
• Must have proven success in the area of process engineering and continuous improvement projects.
