The Production Manager is the first interface between the plant manager and the production foremen. The main mission will be to manage the product manufacturing unit and supervise the implementation of all technical and human resources within the framework of defined objectives (Safety, productivity, deadlines, budget, quality, management and development).
The Production Manager will have to follow the company's industrial policy, manage the manufacture and packaging of products within the site and set production objectives in compliance with regulations and safety, quality, deadlines and cost constraints.
He/she ensures a continuous improvement in productivity by relying on his/her knowledge of the processes. He/she supervises, trains and leads teams and supports them in developing their skills.
I- MISSIONS
- Organization and planning of activities, projects, studies and resources (human, budget, technical, information’s) for production
- Definition, launch, follow-up and control the production plan and objectives
- Steering and management of production staff (information, setting objectives, organization of activities, technical assistance, discipline, safety)
- Planning and monitoring of maintenance actions: prioritization of maintenance actions and planning in coordination with the maintenance department
- Drawing up, monitoring and checking the implementation of the operating budget for the unit
- Definition, control and monitoring of production dashboards (costs, cost price, productivity, quality, customer service rate, etc.)
- Carrying out studies for new investments or modifications of production equipment
- Monitoring quality performance and planning quality objectives
- Controlling and monitoring the implementation of safety regulations

III- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 4 years of education, Civil Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, General Production Engineer etc...
- 4 to 5 years of professional experience in production in an industrial production unit, in an industrial unit, preferably in civil engineering, production unit, etc.
