Production Planning Manager

• Responsible for planning & implementation of best manufacturing/production system
• To lead the whole production team & drive operations excellence
• To ensure achieving optimum productivity and production logistic on production floor
• Cost effectiveness and cost improvement
• Delivery commitment and quality standards
• To plan, organize and manage on the aspects of manpower, machinery ,  equipment efficiencies to maximize utilization to meet the production schedule with IE standard &  head count modelling & planning
• To enforce and improve product yield and quality in the manufacturing line
• People development & career path planning
• Crisis Management

REQUIRED:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering/Science/Material Science

PREFERRED:

• 10 years or more working experience in high volume manufacturing environment.
• Those with strong IE background/knowledge & work experience will be an added advantage
• Proven leadership skill and strong Teamwork player
• Strong in Statistical , data analysis skill , IE knowledge , head count modelling & planning
• Strong Communication and project management skill
