Our Client, a leading MedTech company in Limerick is a full service global supplier of innovative and sustainable plastic packaging solutions, and are currently seeking Production Operators working on 4 Cycle Shift to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating equipment and machinery to ensure the efficient production of products and will work as part of a team to meet production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate production equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
Monitor machinery to ensure proper operation and identify any issues or defects.
Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Escalate non-conformances on processing lines immediately to Production Supervisor.
Maintain constant adherence to all company, customer, and legal requirements.
Troubleshoot problems with equipment or production processes as they arise.
Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in Daily Handover meetings.
Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to the production process
