- Operate a variety of equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to efficiently move materials throughout the production facility.
- Prepare and package finished products, ensuring they meet our strict quality standards.
- Play an active role in the production process by preparing tanks, transferring materials, and monitoring compounding operations.
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to excellence.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
- 1-2 years of chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
