Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise production team members to ensure they are performing at their best.
• Oversee the production schedule to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining high quality standards.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality-related issues and continuously improve processes.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production output, downtime, and inventory levels.
• Oversee general supply inventories to make sure enough is on hand for daily operations.

Requirements

• Some College education is helpful but not required; A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing operations role.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role or leadership role.
• Proven experience in an industrial manufacturing environment…Steel, Automotive, Aerospace, Chemical, etc.
