Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Production Officer to join our Production LAI team at Pharmathen’s Sapes premises.

As a Production Officer you will assist in the stock management process through the appropriate update of the company’s ERP system.

 More particularly:

 What you’ll do:

• Follow planning department processes as defined by SOPs and TDRs requirements
• Act in accordance to the packaging plan issuing packaging purchase orders and coordinating the warehouse for the appropriate transfer of materials to production
• Follow the production process completion is responsible to record all production quantities as well as the exhaustion data of packaging materials
• Assist in raw materials’ and packaging materials’ stock monitoring following the production schedule
• Be responsible for BOMs
• Update SAP with all finished products
• Monitor inventory control
• Assist in the product release process in cooperation with Quality Control department

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• BSc in Science, Engineering or related fields

Minimum Experience

• 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Excellent command of English
• Computer literate
