As our Production Manager, it’s your job to co ordinate and deliver our quarterly collections. We are looking for an all rounder who understands the end to end process and has a track record of driving a Critical Path day to day.
You will:
- Set up the seasonal costing and delivery schedule
- Manage the Critical Path - chase suppliers for weekly reports, conduct bi weekly meetings with suppliers, and update the critical path accordingly
- Flag any issues in real time with proposed resolutions
- Distribute approved PO’s to Suppliers
- Approve invoices as they come in - matching to PO’s and flagging any reconciliation issues
- Place fabric and greige orders where required
- Manage trim stocks to ensure availability and control liability
- Collate and review costings with Head of Production to ensure target margin is achieved
- Liase with freight forwarder - arrange shipment bookings and monitor deliveries
- Report on weekly intake and communicate any delays across the business
- Manage running liability and yearly stock takes
You will report to the Head of Production – but, of course, will need to work autonomously and independently. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Product team and Buying & Merchandising
