Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC provides technology solutions to the entertainment industry. We are responsible for helping Hollywood Studios and content owners to get their content to global audiences by providing all language services including scripting, subtitling, access services, and dubbing. Our products and services span the digital spectrum, from enhanced extras packages promoting digital purchases to physical disc authoring.

Our clients include major Hollywood studios and dozens of independent studios. To date, we have delivered thousands of titles to iTunes, Google, Netflix, Amazon, and others. We have created a significant percentage of iTunes Extras titles available on the App Store, developed the specification of and delivered the first Cross-Platform Extras titles, and authored more than eight thousand DVDs, two thousand Blu-rays, as well as award-winning tablet and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage graphics and post-production teams working on content marketing, versioning, and finishing projects from origination through to final delivery for output to a broad spectrum of formats, platforms, and devices.
  • Work closely with producers, creative leads, designers, animators, and post-production teams locally and globally to generate content under tight deadlines.
  • Generate, update, and maintain highly organized supporting documentation.
  • Create, implement, track, and manage project schedules and timelines.
  • Research, initiate, communicate, and track legal clearances.
  • Interface directly with clients and varied client infrastructures and platforms.
  • Engage in consistent and thorough QC procedures of all elements throughout the project’s lifecycle.
  • Support interdepartmental teams, initiatives, and workflows globally.
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Operate as domestic and international liaison for local & globally based teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible experience working in creative and/or post-production workflows.
  • Client service abilities.
  • Written and spoken fluency in business English required.
  • Understanding of graphic and post-production design and graphic production workflows
  • Knowledge and experience working with entertainment studio’s release schedules, security protocols, and creative and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, planning, and implementation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability and a clear commitment to the critical value of keeping clients and internal teams informed and up-to-date.
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multi-task and work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe CC applications recommended.
