Production Leader Mixing

Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.

1. Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or related.
2. Previous experience in a similar position as production leader. 
3. Trouble shooting tools.
4. English advanced level is required ( upper B2 ).
5. KPI´s management.
6. In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
7. Leader Standard Work Management.
8. Generation of responsability and empowerment.
9. Results oriented
10. Quality leadership
