Production Leader Deputy

Manage and coordinate the area's resources (personnel, machinery, equipment, budget) based on the Quality, Cost and Safety Objectives, to guarantee compliance with the production ticket.

1. Bachelor´s degree in engineering or related.
2. Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
3. Previous experience in automotive / metal mechanic industry.
4. Problem solving tools.
5. Advanced level of english ( B2 or upper level )
6. KPI´s management
7. In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
8. Leader Standard Work Management
9. Foster teamwork
