Responsible for shift performance in PLT Cold preparation (Textile Cutter, Mini & Maxi Slitter), Tire Building, Tire Curing, Final Finish & Uniformity
Safety:
Ensure safe working procedure
Ensure safety of workmen & equipments
Escalate safety related concern
Quality:
Follow & maintain standard operating procedure for all the processes in his areas
Take decesion related to any quality & scrap related concern
Does daily communication with team related to any quality & scrap related concern
Production:
Manage & arrange manpower to achieve shift plan
To Co-ordinate with other function to to achieve shift target
Share related information with team
Do contingency arrangements if any
HR/IR:
To maintain harmonious relationship in his area
Escalate unauthorize absenteeism
Do employee dialogue of each of his team members as per annual schedule
Training & Cost:
Indentify skills of his team members
Analyze skill gap in his shift & do multi skilling as per requirements
To withdraw items as per requirement
Ensure adiquate consumption of consumables
Avoid wastage
Highlight related issues
Engineering Graduate (B-tech / BE)
Minimum 2 Years to Maximum 7 Years in Production Management
