Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in equipment management and maintenance, preferably in the health supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of production equipment, GMP compliance, and sterile production processes, and will play a key role in ensuring seamless factory operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of factory production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Diagnose equipment issues, regularly collect and analyze data on equipment performance, and identify and resolve potential problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of equipment operation, including equipment status, inspection cycles, inspection methods, maintenance schedules, and frequency of maintenance.
• Develop technical feasibility plans for equipment repair and upgrades.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of daily equipment maintenance and repair work.
• Draft periodic plans for equipment maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning.
• Oversee the inventory and planning of spare parts and consumables for equipment.
• Assist in the selection, installation, validation, modification, evaluation, and acceptance of production equipment.
• Ensure that equipment and spare parts comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements.

Job Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a health supplement or pharmaceutical manufacturing facility; prior experience in maintaining health supplement production equipment is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining production equipment such as wet granulation lines, mixers, capsule filling machines, tablet presses, coating machines, blister packaging lines, and bottling lines.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations, sterile production processes, and practical production workflows; knowledge of the operation and maintenance requirements of sterile production equipment is essential.
