Production Designer

Mexico City, Mexico

In this role you will:

  • Produce high-quality visual designs for: digital campaigns, microsites, landing pages, social media, presentations, video, animation, and more. If youc an shows us your experience in 360 campaigns through your Book or Portfolio, you're the ONE!
  • Be comfortable contributing and communicating ideas in English to senior members of the creative team and to clients
  • Work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-functional team, who partners with other designers, copywriters, and motion designers
  • Be comfortable getting direction from, and presenting ideas to the team and to clients
  • Be able to problem solve with creative strategy, bring tactical projects to life with design decisions and carry through to the production process
  • Maintain consistent creative quality and become a brand expert 
  • Be a standard-bearer for our company culture and values.

Experience you already have:

  • A solid online portfolio of digital and print work 
  • 4-6 years experience working at an agency or in-house creative services team 
  • Solid competency with digital design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch – Figma experience is required; being the primary UI tool of choice for this account. 
  • Familiarity working within online collaborative tools – Google Workspace is ideal (e.g. Gmail, Slides, Sheets and Docs)
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing is a plus
  • Illustration and storyboarding skills are a must
  • Solid understanding in video and motion design
  • Comprehensive understanding of typography and design layout
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles and their applications across the web, apps, email, and beyond
  • Experienced in the production process with redlines and pre-pro flight ready print files
  • Ability to work through multiple iterations and to work quickly and consistently deliver accurate work on time and within budget with little to no guidance
  • Ability to accept and receive constructive design feedback from seniors members of the creative team.  
  • A self-starter who can work independently and Is an excellent collaborator with the team
  • Ability to work within brand style guides to produce work that is both original and on-brand
  • Demonstrating good communication skills, both verbal and listening abilities  
  • Humble attitude – No egos here! A reliable team player who regularly demonstrates a positive and supportive attitude.
