An exciting role has become available for an experienced Production Coordinator to join the White Fox family.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Monitoring the critical path and liaising daily with offshore factories to ensure deadlines are met
  • Assisting the Design & Production Manager with day-to-day running of the department
  • Working with the design team to deliver and meet deadlines
  • Ensure efficient flow of production processes and approval between design and production samples, follow up on PPS and photoshoot samples and ensure they adhere to tech pack specifications
  • Work closely with suppliers to produce packaging and labels for all collections
  • Build & maintain close working relationships with suppliers, warehouses and freight forwarders
  • Work closely with freight forwarders to coordinate air & LCL freight from suppliers into warehouse
  • Liaise and negotiate with factories to approve all garment costings
  • Manage all factory invoicing for Production department

Requirements

What we are looking for;

  • Degree / qualification in relevant field i.e. Fashion, Textiles, Production
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Production Specialist or Manager role
  • Experience in day to day production problem solving, issue prevention management and strategic production planning.
  • Strong relationships with factories and sourcing capabilities with excellent negotiation skills
  • A natural problem solver who can quickly regroup and come up with a course of action when things don’t go to plan
  • You will have a passion for the overall production manufacturing process and seeing the final product
  • Garment construction knowledge
  • Good communication and MS Office computer skills
  • Organisation and time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in a similar role
