ABOUT THE POSITION
Production Coordinator at BURGA is more than just a title—it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your role: to orchestrate BURGA’s brand shoots, bridging creativity with seamless execution. This pivotal role combines strategic planning, cross-team collaboration, and hands-on management to ensure our productions reflect the highest standards of excellence. As a Production Coordinator, you will collaborate with internal teams and external crew, navigate complex logistics, and lead negotiations—all while keeping projects on track and aligned with our creative vision.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage all aspects of BURGA’s brand shoots, ensuring alignment with the creative vision.
- Proactively address challenges by creating backup solutions, such as securing alternative crew or models when needed.
- Handle bookings for models, makeup artists, stylists, set assistants, and location scouting to meet creative and logistical needs for various shoots and campaigns.
- Work closely with Branding, Growth, and Social Media teams and external crew to ensure seamless communication and timely updates.
- Create call sheets, maintain production schedules, oversee adherence to timelines, and monitor on-set activities for smooth execution.
- Lead negotiations with vendors, agencies, and crew to secure the best outcomes for BURGA.
- Oversee all production-related invoices and expenses, ensuring proper categorization and timely processing, and work closely with the Finance team to track and report expenses.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with external partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in production management, event coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to foster positive outcomes with vendors and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage both internal and external teams effectively.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and adaptability to dynamic production environments.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
- Preferably, the candidate should hold a Category B driving license.
SALARY: 2400-2700 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
