We started Marley Spoon because we love cooking and we love eating. Marley Spoon is currently operating in the US, Europe and Australia. We are currently looking for a Production Associate to help us grow Marley Spoon.

Responsibilities:

·        You will directly work on the assembly assuring the best quality of our products and a great customer experience;

·        Responsible for ensuring that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our boxes;

·        You will unpack and sort the incoming goods and make a first quality check;

·        You provide on-time and on quality delivery of ingredients to the production line;

·        Assist with any day to day tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in production or assembling or picking;

• Experience in working with fresh food produce. This is an advantage, not a requirement;
• Ability to communicate in basic English to understand instructions, ask questions, and interact with colleagues and customers;
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, signs, and work-related documents in English;
• Must be comfortable in a cold warehouse/production environment (around 4 degrees Celsius);
• A hands-on mentality;
• An eye for detail - you work meticulously and efficiently;
• Focus on quality and creative in solving problems.
