As Supply Chain Co-ordinator you will be working closely with our Production, Product Development and Technical teams - giving you a broad-based view of the design and manufacturing process in a vibrant, fast-paced startup. You’ll play a critical role in the delivery of millions of pounds of merchandise every season - and you will develop core project management, communication and analytical skills in the process.
In this role you would ….
- manage and monitor the flow of product samples into our business
- assist our garment technical team in assessing product samples and pushing them through a QC process
- manage and monitor freight forwarding bookings to move our merchandise around the world
- own the process of dipping and testing colour samples across our entire range
- liaise with our suppliers in Asia, the near East and Europe to ensure our product arrives on time and spec.
Requirements
This role would suit a recent graduate, or someone early in their career - but you will still bring:
- Good numeracy and numerical reasoning (which we will test)
- Analytical capability, including decent, entry-level Excel skills
- High levels of empathy, and strong communication skills. You need to write clear, concise, error-free emails.
- High levels of organisation, with some project management in your past (professionally or personally)
- Hustle - the ability to prioritise, figure out next steps and unblock yourself in a low-structure environment
- A willingness to be in the office in Richmond 4 days a week
