Production Assembly Technician

FLASH is looking to add a Production Assembly Technician who will be responsible for the assembly, configuration and testing of FLASH equipment.

As a Production Assembly Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of FLASH products, as well as demonstrating the value and resiliency of our solutions. What You’ll Do:
● Follow verbal and written technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms
● Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
● Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
● Test finished products for defects
● Fill out work orders and serialization capturing forms
● Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
● Package and palletize finished products
● Work safely in a warehouse environment, following established protocols and guidelines

● Good communication skills
● Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery (up to 75lbs)
● Excellent hand-eye coordination
● Excellent time management
● Organizational skills
● Able to stand for long periods of time
● Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting and evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED
● Previous electromechanical assembly experience
● Ability to solder
● Thorough knowledge of Windows PC / Linux environments and associated components
● Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
● ISO9001 Quality standards
● Proficiency in G-suite
● Familiarity with 5S methodologies
● Familiarity with Kanban Systems

Preferred Qualifications:
● High school diploma or GED
