Your main duties in flying with us:
- Trouble shoot and solve external and internal user issues
- Owning our external and internal user support processes and establish a system to help scale our operations and improve Partner experience
- Work along side the Commercial, Product, and Engineering team to support Partner from the integration development, pre-live, and post-live
- Own end-to-end technical account management of tiket’s largest B2B API accounts, like top OTA in SEA, Korea, China, Japan.
- Own the performance of your connections including new builds, rebuilds, upgrades, day-to-day success rates, access to inventory, rates, rate plans, content, and availability.
- Extract and explore data to identify opportunities; analyze and interpret trends or patterns incomplex data sets.
- Identify and collaborate with Commercials, Productor Engineering team if there’s room improvements or opportunities that can help the Affiliation business to grow
- Automate business processes to promote scalability.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- A minimum of 5 years experience delivering complex implementations of APIs or other technical integrations. From SaaS or OTA background is preferred.
- Mandatory to have been worked on Hotels, Flights API integrations in the past.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal are essential for this role
- Strong proficiency in managing and collaborating with Senior Stakeholders
- Highly organized and comfortable with making prioritization decisions. Able to effectively keep track of moving parts across projects and adapt to new information and goals.
- Self-starter who identifies new opportunities, relentlessly drives growth and pushes projects forward.
- Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive strategy and make decisions.
- Knowledge of mapping tools like Vervotech is a plus.
- Experience working with data transfer via API’s, along side strong SQL and Excel skills.
- Able to bridge the gap between non and technical counterparts. Able to understand non tech concerns then tied it back to technical problem solving then communicate it back in non tech lingo to non tech users in both written and verbal
- Able to prioritize and enjoy working in a quick moving environment
