Product Specialist

• The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing, developing, and implementing training programs to support the use of the ticketing system, Jira, QA system, and automation tools)
• Develop a product roadmap and backlog to ensure the product meets the company's strategic objectives and customer needs
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide product improvement and ensure that the product meets customer/client requirements by working together with UX team members
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that product features are developed and delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure that the product meets quality and usability standards and complies with regulatory requirements
• Continuously monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement
• Work with stakeholders to define and measure product success metrics and communicate product performance to the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities and support
• Participate in development processes such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets customer/client requirements. (VOC to CTQ)
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving any issues related to the product
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product marketing strategies
• Ensure that the product documentation and knowledge base are up-to-date and easily accessible to customers and support teams
• Facilitate design thinking/design sprint workshops, product demos, and presentations to stakeholders and customers
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve product capabilities and user experience

• Has at least 2 years of relevant experiences
• Proven experience in product management and development, specifically with ticketing systems, Jira, QA systems, and automation tools
• Experience working in different development environments and with cross-functional teams
• Experience developing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets customer requirements
• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in product management and development
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to ensure product compliance
• Ability to develop and implement training programs to support the use of the (ticketing system, Jira, QA system, and automation tools)
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions and improve product performance
• Experience with vendor and partner management to enhance product capabilities and support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Understanding of customer needs and ability to translate those needs into product requirements (VOC to CTQ)
• Experience with facilitating design thinking/design sprint workshops, product demos, and presentations to stakeholders and customers
• Passion for continuously improving product capabilities and user experience
