Product Specialist - Healthcare

We're looking for an enthusiastic Product Specialist who will join our Operations team. The perfect fit candidate, energetic and resilient, at ease in a small and dynamic team, is capable of building a solid relation with the client and knows how to leverage it to reach his/her targets.

In this role, you will be supporting your manager, ensuring that Ancelia’s users are fully trained and are continuously engaged across the development and release of new product features. Understanding and reporting their feedback back to our development team will be of the foremost importance.

What you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrate the value of Ancelia technology to advance customer business objectives;
• Complete the customer onboarding with specific training sessions to the different users (carers, nurses, managers);
• Tracking and reporting on product roadmap deliver progress, including reporting every customer feedback;
• Assist in product configurations, user trainings, data migration, and technical support;
• Ensure timely production and updates of internal and customer documentation, and training materials.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience;
• 1+ year experience in a relevant role;
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, Windows/Mac OS;
• Being a natural born communicator, with superb organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Being technical savvy, with an innate understanding of software platforms
• Fluency in verbal and written Italian and English.
