About the Role

The Bees Academy Product Specialist supports the Content Manager of Bees Academy. The role will help our digitalization process by leading, facilitating, and managing the LMS implementation globally so our learners and platform administrators can have the best experience possible. The Product Specialist will also oversee gap and opportunity mapping in the learning journey to implement improvements.

What you'll do

  • Lead the LMS (eFront) implementation and management to ensure best learning experience
  • Identify product use opportunities and improvements to create better learning experience (for both users and administrators)
  • Manage vendor relationship by encouraging frequent, clear communication
  • Effectively manage platform users and their accounts
  • Manage helpdesk for technical support, ensuring timely and accurate customer service and establishing customer service standards
  • Manage relationship with platform administrators for implementation success
  • Lead integration of learning experience into BEES Force ap (discovery in 2024 for implementation in 2025)
  • Accompany new markets during their launch by demonstrating the platform, setting platform and supporting the adoption of the tool during launch phase
  • Own Platform Adoption OKR by ensuring the markets are using the platform uploading new content on regular basis and leveraging platform as a training and communication channel

What you'll need

  • Technical background
  • Strong PMO skills (communication, problem solving, risk management, time management, adaptability, collaboration, organization)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Thorough understanding of training processes
  • Experience in managing, leading and coaching team (in different locations)
  • Ability to moderate to large groups
  • Previous experience with LMS a plus
  • High proficiency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
