About The Team:

The Product Quality Engineering Team at Noah Medical is responsible for ensuring top-notch quality and performance in the Galaxy system, including hardware and software. Our main function is to investigate technical issues to find root causes, monitor system health in the field, collaborate with the MedEd and Sales teams to share insights, and support design and process changes with the R&D and Manufacturing teams. A Day In The Life Of Our PQE Technician:

  • Testing and analysis of returned field devices, including flexible endoscopes, disposable devices, and capital devices/equipment.
  • Perform decontamination processing and post-mortem analysis of returned devices.
  • Perform methodical root cause analyses. Document the findings in clearly written reports/presentations.
  • Suggest improvements to test methods and fixture designs in order to facilitate efficient study of returned devices.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to drive consistent, high-quality parts and assemblies.
  • Maintain the complaints lab to enable timely investigations.

About You:

  • At least 5 years experience in a regulated industry (medical device, aerospace, semiconductor, and automotive, etc)
  • Good hands-on ability. You enjoy taking apart complex assemblies in order to figure out what went wrong.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and mind for noticing where process improvements would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently to flawlessly execute procedures when given written and verbal instructions.
  • Enjoys putting the puzzle pieces together to figure out how things work and fail. Good problem solver.
  • Ability to organize and track testing results and communicate them effectively. Capable of creating clear documents and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and to contribute to state of the art technology

Pay Transparency

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Noah Medical offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors such as location as permitted by law. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.

California Pay Range
$26$33 USD
