Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the role
Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Contact’s Innovation and Growth team? We’re on the lookout for a passionate individual to help us deliver and enhance our product offerings. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our product roadmap, working alongside cross-functional teams including OCX, Digital, Technology, Data, and Customer Growth. Your mahi (work) will involve supporting the deployment and defining the customer experience, ensuring our products are not only desirable but also deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
As part of our Product whānau, you’ll support the product and proposition leads to bring new products to market and enhance existing ones, by coordinating with various stakeholders across the organisation. A lot of this collaboration happens online - you'll be on MS Teams every day as well as contributing to Miro boards, creating PowerPoints, and using data from SAP/Excel/Databricks to tell a story to share with the people who need it
