Job requirements

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for the Member Delegate Functionality, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders (business, compliance, legal, and customer service teams) and the development team, gathering and prioritizing requirements.
  • Develop and manage a product backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the product roadmap
  • Ensure seamless delegation features are built for members to grant and manage access rights to their profiles, information, or account-related tasks.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the Member Delegate Functionality, from ideation and planning to execution and release.
  • Conduct regular grooming sessions with the development team to refine user stories and ensure clear understanding of priorities.
  •  Experience working with Agile methodologies, including writing user stories, backlog management, and leading sprint planning and reviews.
  •  Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  •  Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
  •  Familiarity with compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and technical knowledge of web/mobile apps.
