- Working as a Product Owner for Manufacturing Systems within an agile development framework (SAFe).
- Coordination of the associated agile development team for the continuous development and rollout of new functionalities and software according to stakeholder expectations and priority, in the area of non-conforming material (NCM) management systems.
- Proposing, evaluating, and approving of software developments which contribute to continuous improvements in the global business of manufacturing tires, with a focus on quality processes.
- Identification and formulation of internal customer requirements with respect to the digitalisation of processes.
- Formulation of EPICs/Value-ltems/User-Stories together with internal customers.
- Contribute to the estimation of required resources for all current and upcoming activities of the associated agile development team.
- Planning of development cycles according to Stakeholder priorities and user requests.
- Observation of usage levels, and together with the Process Owner, support the usage of associated systems.
- Contribute to the continuous development of Product Roadmaps and Strategies.
- Academic degree in industrial engineering, information technology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, business administration or similar.
- Passion for state-of-the-art technology, compromising of hardware, software and systems, as well as a sensitivity for their integration in a complex manufacturing systems environment.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
- Strong process-orientated thinking, with the ability to support others in the same.
- Analytical and planning skills, focusing on requirements engineering and execution.
- Strong networking and communication skills in an international environment in English language.
- Work experience - particularly in tire shopfloor processes - would be of advantage but not necessary.
- Work experience within an agile development environment (eg SAFe) would be of advantage, but not necessary.
