What you will be doing:

· Provide vision and direction to the development team throughout the project
· Manage stakeholders by proactively communicating on timelines, impediments and priorities
· Ensure business requirements are translated to the backlog by user stories
· Ensure the product backlog is visible, transparent and clear
· Review, enrich and approve requirement requests and specifications
· Collaborate with the delivery teams to define acceptance criteria
 
You are a good match if you have:

· 5 years of experience as Product Owner
· In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
· Skilled in backlog management and prioritization
· Experienced in analyzing issues, drawing actionable conclusions, and implementing effective solutions
· Proficient in crafting user stories and overseeing the development process through to user story acceptance
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Familiar with SAFe, Agile methodologies, and the SCRUM framework
· Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools
· Possibility of working remotely from Romania

Nice to Have:
· Professional experience in telecom domain
· Technical background
