We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of our medical app development projects. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with stakeholders and the development team to define and prioritize product features, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that the final product meets the needs of our users. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, coordinating sprints, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of medical apps and healthcare technologies, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse user requirements and market trends to develop product vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development team to define product features and create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business value and stakeholder needs
- Coordinate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings
- Support the development team in understanding requirements and clarifying user stories
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets user expectations
- Monitor and analyze product usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in medical apps and healthcare technologies
- As you are the bridge between the dev team and customers you speak English & Turkish very good!
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, in the medical or healthcare industry
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product owner
- Strong understanding of medical apps and healthcare technologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to translate user needs into clear and actionable requirements
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps
- Turkish citizen or already have valid working permit for Türkiye
