What are we are looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of a digital solutions to support IDIADA engineering services and the interaction with its clients.
As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the definition and implementation of a client portal enhancing IDIADA digital experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project management, vehicle testing and engineering experts, project stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of a solution that addresses relevant challenges and promote technological advancements.
Part of your daily activities will consist of:
- Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, prioritize, and document project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical goals.
- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term objectives.
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them effectively.
- Implement agile methodologies and best practices to manage project development, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
- Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations, while adhering to project budgets and timelines.

Profile
- 2 years of experience as project manager, product owner or similar role, preferably in the automotive or technology industry.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Passion for innovation, with a keen interest in data-driven technologies and the future of mobility.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate within large scale projects.
- Understanding of automotive engineering is a plus.
- Experience in design, implementation and maintenance of database systems is a plus.
Education
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or similar.
Languages
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
