As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for working with business partners to identify the business requirements that will drive technology and automation solutions to help solve business problems as well as to help drive Operational Excellence efforts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Work with business, technology, product, operational leaders and other stakeholders to capture As-Is state and define To-Be state that will deliver business objectives.
o Translate the To-Be state into business epics
· Build a well-groomed backlog and participate in Kanban/Scrum planning
o Perform research and analysis to define feature and functional requirements and translate to detailed user stories
o Create/revise analysis artifacts and deliverables for user stories including process maps, business rules, user flows, and acceptance tests
· Collaborate closely with technology partners (Internal and vendors) to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
· maintain the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the product.
· identifies gaps, efficiency and performance improving opportunities in AFS
· proposes recommendations for addressing gaps and opportunities with
o Quick wins & Process changes
o Automation
o Training needs
o Commercial tools
o Internal IT development
o Experience in working on integration projects is an added advantage
· Self driven while working in collaboration with multiple teams.
