Our Strategy & Corporate Development team

Our mission is to help Nu develop a mid-long term business vision by providing teams with strategic advice, external perspectives and acting as business enablers for new opportunities across the organization. The Corporate Development Team studies and supports strategic business decisions; prospects and develops new product opportunities; prospects, develops and closes strategic partnerships that contribute to our mission of fighting complexity and empowering people to take control of their finances.

As part of our team, you'll be expected to:

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize SQL, Python, or Scala to conduct deep data analyses, identifying trends and generating actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, recommending data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Strategic Planning Support: Aid in the strategic planning process, leveraging data-driven insights to establish clear priorities and growth directions.
  
  

We are looking for a Strategy & CorpDev professional who has:

• Analytical capacity: ease with numbers and calculations, having the ability to solve problems mathematically;
• Business basics: dynamics between risks and opportunities, as well as interaction between business areas and technical areas (products/engineering);
• Problem solving: ease and creativity to seek solutions to day-to-day challenges and achieve the best results;
• Ability to understand how your decisions and work impact our customers' experience, seeking results that align with our purpose;
• Willingness and ease of learning, especially for tools;

Our Nu Way of Working 

Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of ​​expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work, one will be at the office. Check more information here.
