We are looking for an Product Operations Specialist that would work with Hostinger’s Product Managers and help optimize processes for the best efficiency. Main goal is to eliminate the need for Product Managers to take care of tools’ implementation and administrative tasks so that they could concentrate on actual product development.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure smooth data-related activities among Product Managers (WBR health, collaboration with Data team, recognition of dashboard needs, OKR definition checks, R&D capitalization).
- Products’ knowledge base management.
- Bridge for communication between Shared services / Product teams and Head of Product Operations.
- Monitor company’s roadmaps’ health (detailed, company level, public).
- Enhance onboarding processes in the Product department, tutorials, and support with new tools.
- Apply existing or new processes as for the top Product Leads’ team in deeper levels (individual teams).
What We Expect:
- Experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Ownership or Business Analytics.
- Understanding business/product metrics.
- Strong common sense and tech-savviness.
- Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments.
- Preparedness to ensure the visual correctness and adherence to company guidelines in documents and templates, create meeting minutes (MoM) and operational handbooks.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products.
