As our first Product Operations Specialist you will work at the intersection of our product teams, stakeholders and leadership. You help pull everything together and connect product development with business outcomes, which ensures the right things are identified and built..
In this role, you will work as a member of the Product & Engineering team, reporting directly into the Product & Engineering Director. Your team consists of Product Management, Product UX and Engineering, who work cross-functional on Agile product teams. Your key stakeholders are operational and business teams, ranging from customer support to commercial, and the teams operating and maintaining our charging network. Your scope of work covers connecting the dots on business data & insights, customer and market insights, and accelerating our product operating model. In liaison with your team members and stakeholders, your work feeds into priority setting for our teams. The impact you make shows through the value delivered, successful product launches, and the effectiveness in doing so.
Identify value & urgency in user pain points and suggestions, contributing to product strategy
Gather information required for driving data-informed prioritization, such as pulling together context for problems to solve and helping stakeholders build supporting business cases
Improve team effectiveness through toolings, templates, automation and relevant application of artificial intelligence throughout the product development lifecycle
Support the Product organization with operational efforts, e.g. coordination of copywriting, translations, product launches and monitoring and reporting on product performance.
Facilitate change management for significant product changes (e.g. internal changes)
Accelerate learning velocity through experiment coordination & reporting (e.g. A/B)
Lead for setup and improvement of Product Management, Design & Research tooling
Collaborate with team and stakeholders for driving informed decision making
Develop product operations practice, building on top of Melissa Perri’s thought leadership
