We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist to work closely with Head of product, ensuring efficient execution across organization, alignment for strategic initiatives and managing day-2-day operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, analytical, comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable individual passionate about technology, defense, and AI-driven solutions.
What you'll do:
Act as the execution muscle and strategic advisor to the product leadership, enabling faster and efficient decision-making and operational planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across all departments.
Effectively communicate information and updates to the Head of product and other stakeholders.
Drive efficient and fast-paced cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product and businessfunctions, aligned to outlined product strategy and vision
Monitor and track key initiatives, ensuring execution aligns with product and business goals.
Preparecompelling and well-articulated executive briefings, board materials, and internal reports, as needed by senior leadership
Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, such as workflow optimization, automation, and standardization.
Identify, suggest and implement data-driven operational frameworks for efficiency.
Anticipate and identify risks and bottlenecks in product and operational processes and propose solutions.
Required qualifications:
4-7 years of experience in a strategy, operations, consulting, product management, or Chief of Staff-like role (preferably in tech, defense, or AI industries).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably startups or defense tech companies.
Strong understanding of AI, defense technology, and government contracting is a plus.
Security clearance (or ability to obtain one) may be required.
