What you will do :
- We are seeking a highly organized technical and detail-oriented Product Operations Manager to join our product management team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning, optimizing and scaling our product processes to ensure the successful launch and management of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Engagement, to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive the overall success of our products.
- Key Responsibilities:

Process Management & Optimization: Maintain and refine our existing development and release processes streamlining our product development, launch, and post-launch activities. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.

Own and Maintain Tool and System Management: Maintain and manage tools, like Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Product Discovery, Pendo.io and other systems that improve product operations putting in place automation, dashboards, and more.

Product Launch Management: Oversee the end-to-end process of product launches, including coordinating with various teams, managing timelines, and ensuring all aspects of the launch are executed smoothly.

Data Analysis, KPI Management and Reporting: Monitor product metrics and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the central point of contact for all product operations-related inquiries and updates. Ensure clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders.Wh
Who you are :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in using project management tools such as Atlassian's Jira and Confluence as well as data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork working independently and proactively.
